European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) adopted on 24 June 2013, the EFPIA Disclosure Code, that is a code of conduct which obliges its member companies, from 2016, onwards, to make public the details of payments and transfers of value made to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs). The first disclosures will be made in June 2016 and will concern information about Transfers of Value ( ToV) made in 2015.
